We celebrated the one-of-a-kind Class of 2024 with a one-of-a-kind unified commencement ceremony, featuring keynote speaker Jon Meacham, honorary degree recipients Leona Tate and Victor Dzau, student speaker Tamunoboma Dominion Fenny, and a heartfelt speech by President Mike Fitts applauding the resilience of our graduates. Musical Robots

In Tulane's Algorithmic and Computer Music course, students bridge disciplines by melding music theory with cutting-edge technology, creating robots capable of playing intricate musical compositions. This interdisciplinary approach fosters creativity, innovation, and a deeper understanding of the intersection between music and technology.

2024 New Orleans Book Festival

The New Orleans Book Festival brings the world’s leading authors to Tulane University for a multi-day celebration of their works. The Festival features both fiction and non-fiction and convenes readings, panel discussions, symposia and keynote speeches. It provides an opportunity for outlets, authors and readers to interact with each other in one of the most vibrant and culturally diverse cities in the world.
